I love everything about this notebook. What I can say negative things about … it drives me crazy some days .. What is shiny it's all over … Fingerprints and oily fingerprints of all, when you touch .. simple solution but only with a cloth or scrub papertowel. And 'Touch-Screen … If ya 'lose something. I only used touch-screen several times .. It is not necessary … but it is clean. I had the laptop about a month. The sound of thisThis is great! Aloud. One thing I noticed about Toshiba … sound come. My last Toshiba was … It took a good 4yrs .. and probably would still be good … I'm back in Iraq destroyed by years with me .. Sun CD / DVD are already operational. I still old, though, and use it for basic things like photo retouching No In general, I'd say this laptop is a new kick @ ss. The keys are quiet .. I like Windows 7
